Default Multiple Codes

Just got done doing a H/C/I swap on a 2002 Camaro LS1. Before I did the swap I had no codes or issues. Now it is throwing P0101, P0102, P0106, and P0200. I'm wondering if it's mainly because I need a tune on it after doing the swap. Heads are 799s, Cam is TSP Torquer V2, Intake is MSD Atomic. Also changed spark plugs, lifters, pushrods, rockers. It started up and ran for a lil bit but ran horribly so prolly won't be able to drive to a dyno. I had a tune done by Frost prolly 10yrs ago on it, then had it dyno'd in SD (current tune) but not sure what that tune all entails.
Checked the fuses, looked over wires. Not sure what else it might be besides needing a tune.

Thnx
