P0327 code

So I had a p0327 code popping up on me which surprised me since I replaced it with oem parts 4 years ago. I went ahead and replaced both wiring harness and sensors. Now I get the same code AND the code for the other knock sensor.

I went very very slow and double checked my work. Was careful with the reinstallation and did my best to not pinch wiring.

Does this mean Ive got engine knock going on? I'm planning on checking my fuel pressure. Any idea what I should check next?
