I PM'ed you the link to the LS harness company I have used and which is in Golden CO. Perhaps within walking or certainly biking distance of you. 
They made me an extra long harness because I wanted my PCM located behind the left headlight. Quality is top notch with exact options, but of course you pay for anything custom.
For more recent LS swaps, I have bought basic LS harnesses on ebay for $180. I found the connectors and wires top notch.
While some people might be inclined to use the JY harness, the task of removing the CORRECT unused wires from a filthy, corroded, tightly wrapped harness to be untenable.
