This isn't exactly pcm diag, but I thought it would fit better here than the carb swap area.
I have a gen 4 ls swapped into a 66 nova and running the msd 6014 and holley prodash. I'd like the msd to utilize the ect as well as the holley to be used to monitor on the dash. Question is they are both 2 wire connectors, can I splice one set of wire to thw other with no issues and remain using the 2 wire?
is the 2 wire sensor a 5V and signal pinout and ground is through the head?
My other thought was using a 3 wire sensor, changing the connector and running a signal wire to each of the units. I'm still not sure of the ground vs 5V for the pinouts though.
Any insight from the more experienced?
