after tune reflash charging problem

after tune reflash charging problem 06 silverado truck was charging fine,before turbo put on. soon as we swap the OS in the ecm from 06 silverado tune to 04 tahoe tune, been have charging problems. light stays on but will flash on and off. p0622 and p1637 are the codes!
I "think" in systems options or something like that, there's a table that has L terminal, vehicle platform and several other things.
It's not a table that is normally messed with, but when changing OS's, you might want to look at the differences between the two and see if somethings needs to be changed.

04 Tahoe used a 4 pin regulator plug, Alternator Lester 8292, 145 Amp single "L " wire, used for ignition excite.
06 Silverado was transition year, and COULD have used a 2 pin regulator plug Alternator Lester 8302 that used a PWM signal from PCM to "sort of" regulate output voltage. Default to 13.8 volts with plug disconnected.
Very likely both options exist in PCM, presumably programmable choice.
