DBW issuses no reverse or drive

DBW issuses no reverse or drive 2006 tbss with 4l80e all working great till parked other day. now have throttle body movement in park and neutral but nothing in reverse or drive just idles.
key on engine off it operates as it should and get 100% movement in all gears . start it up and nothing in reverse or all forward gears 1-D. scanned and while in gear it shows command for throttle position change but tps does not move nor does the tb plate
