effect of tuning on launch control?

What is junk about the stall, unless you want more stall speed? What do you not like about the factory stall ? It is supposably adjustable up to 2400 rpms? I am looking at some Nitto NR01 tires "I believe they are considered drag radials"? Good for road course or !/4 mile, so I have read. My care is a 2023 SS 1Le 10A.

I'm in the 11's actually, just haven't bothered to get that changed. I am not sure how the launch control is configured on a 6th Gen versus a 5th Gen, but on the 5th Gen, launch control RPM is controlled by the ECM sending a signal to the DBW throttle body to hold the throttle blade wherever it needs to be to maintain 4500 RPM ( I have a manual ). In addition, the ECM will not allow the TB to go to WOT until the VSS reaches 9.9 MPH. This creates a terrible bog off the line every single time. I had my tuner completely disable launch control and I installed a Lingenfelter 2-Step, which dropped my 60' times by over two tenths. Get Nitto 555R2s, they're the best street/track compromise that has decent treadwear.
