Default Limp mode ?

I have a 2002 corvette with a LS2 throttle body that reads hi on either the TPS 1 or 2 sensor, still dont know which is which, its the Blue wire located top rear of the 6 connecting wires to the TB. PIC below. I did get P1220, P1221, and P1515 codes, but they have not reared their ugly head in a while.

I get a reading of 1.37v zero throttle and 4.5v at 100% throttle, I think it needs to be <1v at zero throttle and <4v at 100% throttle.

The car will go into limp mode after about 5 hard laps around track, but I cant get it to go into limp mode just driving around neighborhood, or pumping throttle like 50x.

I did try another LS2 TB and got same voltage readings..

Any ideas? Maybe bad TAC? Or can I use HP tuners to rectify? THX!
