Can someone please take a look at my bin file I did a efan tune on this 99 p01 pcm in put back in the original truck and it won't start, I took it back out and deleted vats still no start ,so I have another p59 pcm I tried and it starts, it is a dbw p59 that needs tuning for my dbc set-up, can someone please look at the file and see if I messed something up I'm very green to tuning ,I also did the efan tune using universal patcher

Check your grounds, also power, how many volts???

Battery fully charged amd all grounds good ,truck has never been messed with before I tuned it ,"attempted to"

It sounds like you don't have a hot wire for when the key is in the start position.
If you have HPTuners, post your tune. What wiring harness? Does it read crank revs? Cam revs?
Vats and starter deleted?
