So I have a problem with my LS swapped Nova. The car starts fine. Sometime after about 30 seconds at idle the car starts running rough and no throttle response from the drive by wire or if try to give it gas the something happens. I checked the codes and have P0068, P0102, P0107 P0068. I have changed the MAP and MAF and still the same thing. I check the voltage and ground each also and they both have good ground and the 5 volts at the sensor. So a few times after starting the car it went a way and even once I drove the car around the block with no problem to come back to the same issue.

Did you run a scan on it? Sounds like the map or maf is reading backwards. Did you use and adapter harnesses? Rewire or repin any connectors? The log might show the culprit data going in the wrong direction. Or You might have the wrong throttle body.
