NO Throttle Response

NO Throttle Response So I have a problem with my LS swapped Nova. The car starts fine. Sometime after about 30 seconds at idle the car starts running rough and no throttle response from the drive by wire or if try to give it gas the something happens. I checked the codes and have P0068, P0102, P0107 P0068. I have changed the MAP and MAF and still the same thing. I check the voltage and ground each also and they both have good ground and the 5 volts at the sensor. So a few times after starting the car it went a way and even once I drove the car around the block with no problem to come back to the same issue.
