Obd2 Scanner Question 
Curious what this means. Those are for 02 sensors correct? And short term fuel trims? This is with the vehicle off. Are the ones at 0 supposed to be at 0 with the vehicle off? Will they change when the vehicle's running or what? I'm trying to get familiarized with this stuff and I can't find an answer on the internet about it.
