Bank 2 pulling too much fuel

If it's reading 7-9, the stock sensor is wrong and more than likely bank 2 sensor is telling the truth.

If the driver side was telling the truth, it would be 18-20 while it was running.

I'm guessing bank 1 is the side the spark plugs are fouling out.

Ok so here are my plugs. The ones on the left are drivers side (bank 1) the ones right are passenger side (bank 2). They are in order not that it matters but the ones on the top are from front of the motor on back

Started it and let it run for a minute and KOEO wide band reading was 22.4 running 7.5

Gametech helped me out around here a few months ago when he suggested that I had my Catalina engine O2 sensor wiring connectors on the wrong sides. I had similar rich spark plug problems as you. I switched my sensor wiring and my problem was solved. Those connectors are now color coded with a small brush of model car enamel paint so that I can't make that mistake again.

Thanks Rick Ill check that out. I had a mechanic buddy stop up with his snap on reader thinking it might tell him something my vcm scanner isnt but no luck. I am also contemplating pulling the blower off and reinstalling it. Even though I did a smoke test and had no leaks maybe theres air getting in somewhere. I have catherdral style heads so I needed to put LSA adapter plates on it to work so I have the normal o-ring style gasket between the heads and the plates and metal style gaskets between the plates and the blower. Maybe I messed something up. So frustrating

You need to figure out why #1 and #3 are not firing at all. No way to tune around that. Since they would have had to come off to do the blower install, are you certain that the coil wires could not have been switched between 1 and 3? Once you have all 8 cylinders firing it will be much easier to figure out IF there are any other problems.
