LS3 Missfire

LS3 Missfire Hello, I’m seeking help with my current build. Im having a missfire at WOT. The truck cruises normally, some backfiring on start up but cruising it seems to balance out. Truck is 2003 gmc Sierra 1500
the engine is an ls3 and has
1 7/8 headers
ls3 injectors
stock 99-03 gm fuel pump
cam is 230/242.625".605" LSA 113+3
i know for a fact the timing table is incorrect but could it be any other issue before i take it for a dyno tune and waste Pat g’s time.
Also has new spark plugs and wires, I’m getting an engine code for bank 1 and 2 knock sensor low voltage, both have been replaced harness and all, grounds and voltage tested and all pass.
