Default Holley guys I have a question??

Hey guys this is more directed towards the Holley guys but I'll take all opinions regardless. I'll give a bit of backstory first tho, The car has been running flawlessly up until I noticed that I was getting no dome pressure so before I took any logs I changed sensors and wiring. I jump in the car get it all warmed up and take a log of casual driving, a decent load and right into boost, still no dome pressure reference. I thought it was a bit weird but I check my datalog and that's when I see my fuel pressure at no load is like 37psi(which is a bit low) and as a load is increased it drops until around 26ish psi and then the second pump kicks in and pressure bounces right back to where it needs to be as load/boost increases.

By that time tho my safety cut off is tripped, I have a bunch including an internal safety that's Boost_SafetyRevertToWastegateActive - indicates if any of the boost safety criteria are actively invoking the “revert to wastegate” action

When this gets tripped the vent solenoid is at 100% and it barely even touches wastegate spring pressure. The Target dome shows what it should be commanding but the fill solenoid does nothing and obviously nothing happens on the fill side of things.

Question is would this safety trip more or less be my issue?? Anybody else have an issue like this?? I'd like to get to the bottom of it before I just start throwing money at it in hopes of it getting fixed.

I do realize I've got a weak pump, yet another shitty Racetronix 340 pump out the window. I got roughly 7000 miles out of this pump. I'm gonna replace both of them with Walbro 340 pumps which I've already got in hand.

As always thanks everybody for their insight and opinions. Very much appreciated!

I hope it makes sense how I described the situation

Does it matter right now? You know you absolutely have to fix the fuel pressure issue, and if that is the root cause you will know. If not, then you begin to look for other issues. Just be glad your safety setup worked.

True story. I'll never argue about that logic. I could have had a melted motor and wondering WTF just happened! Lol

Before changing pumps I'd be looking to find the source of the failures.
Maybe the guys at Racetronix would have some insight?

Yea it'll be the same old story, you installed it wrong I'd never expect them to take any responsibility for their products. I've got 14.1v at the pump, only 2 feet of wiring from battery to pump, never run dry. They claim can be used for e85 which I don't have in my area and are suitable for extended use in forced induction

It's really my dumbass fault for using these things after I've seen one pump dead in the box and another died after a few short hours of use in traffic. I must secretly enjoy struggling or something hahaha.

Honestly I'm glad that the safeties worked and I was able to see the failure coming before it left me dead in traffic
