Breaking up

I have a 0411, out of a 2001 ish Camaro. I purchased a harness from Wiring Specialties. I sent the 0411 to Wiring Specialties and had the vats and rear 02s removed. I sent the pcm out a second time to have a 4x4 segment downloaded to the pcm.

The problem; engine hits the rev limiter at 5800 rpm, although it`s been set to 7K. Two reputable dynos get the same thing. One suggested a coil swap, that didn`t work. The other wonders about a corrupt file?

Suggestions, options appreciated!

You would need to post the tune and a log of the problem to get any help beyond mere speculation.
