'02 Silverado fine tuning
Hi folks, new to the site.
So, '02 Silverado 1500 4.8l. fresh 862 heads, CHOPacabra cam kit - 214/222 - .550/.550 108LSA 106IC/110EC, TBSS intake (but stock TB), Volant CAI, has new factory manifolds on it, Magnaflow catback. 25# injectors, 'vette style FPR. Truck has factory 3.73 gears and a 4L60. I chose this truck to play with due to having all new brake/fuel lines, new AC, new steering gear, great interior and very minor rust.
BEFORE anyone starts going off about how bass-akwards this build is, I get it... I will work out the headers, TB and converter this spring. Having said that, I attached a tune log for tips on how to progress. I just need this truck to run solid, not trying to drag it, just a decent street tune. I have the HP tuner all set up, but I am a rookie and could use some help dialing this in.
Any constructive dialogue would be appreciated.

Without the tune file it is impossible to see what else may need tweaking, but start with the usual. As long as it idles good enough to safely drive, start tuning the VE with the MAF disabled. Once your fuel trims are within a couple of percent, re-enable the MAF and tune it as well. All closed loop tuning should be done via the fuel trims, and open loop (WOT) tuning should be done with a wideband. Once your fueling is correct, then you fix whatever idle issues you may have at that point.
