Help (Knocking) I was at the dyno last weekend trying to get my A/F dialed in. I started out the dyno runs with my LTFT slightly negative, and a fresh tank of 94 octane gas. The car would start knocking around 4000 - 6500. I could not hear the knocking. Since I have a Vararam, PP Throttle body and Headers I had to adjust the LTFT %15 rich. We got the car dial into an A/F of 12.3.
After looking at the log files from the dyno runs the injector plus width is a little high I think. I think the injectors might be at limits and might need bigger ones. The car is only pulling 375HP at the rear wheels and 430 at the flywheel. I can’t remember what the limit of the stock 28LBS injectors are good for.
If the injectors are the culprit would the SVO 30# be good?
