PCM Tuning for 383 Stroker and Nitrous!!!!

PCM Tuning for 383 Stroker and Nitrous!!!! Hey guys hows it going? Well I was hoping that some one that has been through this or knows something about this topic could shed some light on the situation for me. I am building an LT1 383 Stroker, I am having the heads (Probably Stock LT1 or LT4) worked by a local engine builder who says he knows his stuff. I've seen a supercharged 383 storker Vette that he did the motor in that is bad ***!!! Also I'm doing a complete forged rotating assembly from Callies or Eagle have'nt decided yet, and the Cam I'm leaning towards cc306 or GM847. Then I'm gonna throw some Nitrous to it, maybe 150 shot. Thats the most I will give it, possibly a 175 shot who knows.
Now my question is this......are the cc306 and GM847 cams able to be tuned for emissions? My car is a 93 Trans Am so I have the removeable chip, could I get two chips made one for emissions and one for after emissions (The Fun Chip...lol)?
If these cams are not emissions compatible could someone give me some suggestions on some good cams that make power and still have a little lope. I'm looking for that nasty loping sound that sounds sooooo good lol. I am looking for 470-480 rear wheel horsepower, but I still have to pass emissions...I HATE VIRGINIA!!!!!...LOL.
I was told that stock LT1 or LT4 heads could make just as much power as the AFR's could done correctly....is this true??? Or would I be better off getting the AFR's if I want big horsepower????
