I'm probably gonna have more questions than answers, as I'm struggling with similar issues in my manual C5. But, if you have this problem in park/neutral and not in drive, that could be an interesting clue.

Hey its only in P/N for me . I have auto car
The proportional and integral feedback tables, for example, and the target airflow table.
Also throttle follower and throttle cracker. I'd try to minimize those (or at least, no more than stock) and focus on the tables above, but I've also found it helpful to use extra follower airflow to slow down the transition to idle while working on the other tables.
