I have been having trouble dialing my project in. I recently installed an LSA SC on my 98 trans am. Its got a 5.3 replacement short block in it with a bunch of stuff in it (cam, heads, etc) and was running fine until the SC install. It fires right up and idles great but once I try and press the gas lightly it wants to stall but doesnt. The rpms drop to like 400 ish then once they start to climb back up I can lay into the throttle no problem and theres no hesitation until I lay off the gas and start over again. I Changed out the TPS with no change. Thern I swapped out the Idle air control valve and it fixed the problem for like 5 minutes then right back to the stutter step. I have the hptuner file for reference as well but my tuner says he may need to add channels for tps vref, map vref, and maf vref. Thats all greek to me i just want to make dure it isnt mechanical on my end.
I just pulled the plugs just for the heck of it and theres this burn mark on them which i have never seen before. Is that normal? Thanks in advancew for any help
