Default Misfire Help!

Hey guys, i have a 2001 corvette thats cammed/headers and a few other supporting mods. recently i saw code p0200 for injector open circuit and my car began to misfire. after messing with connectors and clearing the code the misfire and code went away and hadn’t re appeared until the next day when the car started misfiring again, but no code, the code still has not re appeared since. I have already pinpointed that the misfire is on cylinder 6 by checking header tube temp, 6 being 100 degrees colder than the rest. I have swapped the cylinder 6 injector, plug, plug wire, and coil to cylinder 4 but the misfire remained on cylinder 6. for some background a few weeks ago i had the car in the shop for a rear main seal and torque tube rebuild, but while it was in the car stopped working completely and they told me it needed a pcm. pcm was replaced and they transferred my tune file over to the new pcm from the old. car had no issues, about 2 weeks ago i got the car fully dyno tuned. I’m a little lost as to where to go from here, i plan to check voltage and resistance on the injector connector for cylinder 6 along with a compression test. i’ll also be double checking the coils, plugs, wires, injectors again. any ideas as to what my issue could be? no other symptoms other than misfiring, and when cruising at converter lock up it would unlock randomly and the car would shake with the converter lock. did not do any of that before the misfire so i’ll just assume that is the cause. any help would be appreciated

By far the most likely issue would be the shop ******* up some wires while they were working on the car. It is exceedingly rare for one of these PCMs to go bad, and extremely coincidental that it would happen while they were working on it. That being said, you could be looking at something as simple as a bad pin connection at the pcm, or as complicated as multiple wires almost cut through somewhere. Then there is the miniscule chance that you have the worst luck in the world and the problem is something else.

Thats what i thought aswell but the shop showed me the old pcm and said it was water damaged, it looked corroded but i had never had issues with it until they got it. would a bad pin connection not cause the p0200 code to re appear ? also how would i go about checking for that?
