Starter cuts in and out Been thru a lot with this one long story short was a 6106 PCM now have a 6243 with swapped segments and the starter is cutting in and out. Gets about a half rev and stops then a second later another half rev and it will do it as long as you hold the key in the start position. Obviously it is never enough to catch and start. Anyone run into this before?

Had to get home to laptop to post the bin. guessing it is a revolution count or angle count that is off because it was a 4.3 PCM But I swapped both Cal and Diag Engine segments from a 5.3 with same 12587603 OS so should have covered that I would think. Unless it is part of Transmission Diag or Cal files those came from a manual 12587603 OS bin tho too so I have looked and can't find a table with that kind of error

We got it fixed in another thread turns out the crank position sensor was set for low resolution and screwing things up. Still fighting the stalling at stop signs or when throwing in the clutch. I need to wire up a clutch switch and my brake switch still before I can dive much further into that one. Might be deserving of a fresh thread and write up with pictures cause the other thread got lost in bricked PCM's and attempts to change OS on an Intel chip PCM that ended in a paper weight for my desk that used to be a 6106 PCM.
