Weird acceleration without giving throttle Hello everyone,
This is my first real problem (if it IS a problem) that I need some opinions on. My car has been tuned and dyno'd along with transmission tuning for shift points (i think). While I am very softly accelerating, I will get to about 25mph maybe and then it feels like VTEC kicks in or something. Its not a huge acceleration, but you definitely feel and hear the car start to want to go faster without giving it any throttle. It barely goes faster, but you can hear it and feel it just enough. It doesnt downshift, just begins to have more power all of a sudden, like its getting more fuel all of a sudden maybe. My RPMs dont get high during these events, maybe 2k at most.... just normal soft acceleration.
Does this sound like its part of my tune? Or do I have a dirty sensor somewhere that needs clean?

Could this be related to a cold engine? I tried to replicate the situation on a drive earlier, but I was doing it after it was up to temp. I do remember when I experience the change in engine sound previously, its after I've just gotten in and started to drive to work in the morning...

OK so maybe its still trying to warm up so its making itself go... O2 sensors and whatnot. I usually only give it 20 seconds or so before I begin to drive away.
I added my ecm info in the earlier post if it matters haha.
