Tune question returning to stock setup?
car is a 2002 ws6 LS1/T56. Back in 2017 I had some Flowtech headers with a flownaster installed and a lid. Car was tuned on the street and ran good. Headers were used and rusty and an o2 bung stripped this year. I enjoy this car with my daughter as a summer cruiser, so I ended up getting a very low mileage stock set of manifolds cats and Y and installed a hooker catback. Also installed factory airbox due to poor sealing and hood rubbing with the lid.
car seems to run good, but I was debating getting a spare PCM to get a stock tune flashed back on. The only real change to stock currently is TR6 plugs which see to be running just fine.
thoughts on if I should leave things as they are, are go back to a stock file? The only thing I’d like to have function is the A.I.R system is disabled and never shows the IM monitor as ready, I assume being disabled this will never ready even though I read that is a tricky one to get ready.

If they were long-tubes, going back to the stock manifolds may cause a bit of restriction and the current calibration may be a little on the rich side at WOT.
Probably not a big issue but the car would benefit from a recalibration, especially if you'd like the AIR injection system functioning again.
They were longtubes, I think I may grab a used PCM and have GM dealer local to me flash a 100% stock tune back on and see how she runs.
