Looking for some tuning help i think 2002 ws6
5/8 headers
Pro charger D8 kit
84lb injectors
So I bought the car had the kit installed and tune as a package.
I'm getting a lot of backfiring. Accelerates great but on cruise speeds or slow down it just pops like crazy.
Any help will be appreciated

Could be deceleration fuel cut off not being commanded or lack of timing in the light load/ deceleration cells of the timing tables. Either would be going back to the tuner and asking for a revision.

Does it backfire if you drive at a steady speed on a flat road? I'm only asking because I'm pretty sure the tuner is going to ask.
If it's only doing it during deceleration, then it's probably fixable with the throttle-cracker and throttle-follower and fuel cutoff tables. But those only matter when you lift, they won't help if it's backfiring at a steady speed on a flat road.
