Default Idle issues

With my setup I have issues with the car returning to idle last night at the track after doing a small burn out. The car would almost die and then stumble around before finding idle again. It seems like an eternity when everyone is waiting for you to get to the line. I also think its related to my hot start idle issue. When its hot it does the same thing but I never cared too much in a parking lot. People would look and then hear it finally grab idle and realize I had a cam it in. At the track this proved very embarrassing. So, where would I look to fix this using HP Tuner? Try raising the idle rpms up from where I had lowered them to 750?
