Secondary VE Table

Fellas, how and when is this table used by the pcm. The values are the same as the VE table, but there are fewer "MAPS." If you make changes to the Primary VE table, do you have to change the Secondary VE table too?

Sorry, I did a search and found info. It's used if your maf fails, or certain DTCs are set. That table can be left stock.

I don't know, one of the guys from HPTuners was saying that's what the earlier cars use the secondary for transients and other stuff. I am not sure myself. The safest (and most reliable) thing to do is to past the primary VE rows to the secondary tables. At least then you are sure. It only takes an extra couple seconds.
