Strange problem form 2k to 3k need some help please.

Strange problem form 2k to 3k need some help please. problem 1 in 3ed or 4th gear say at 2k if you punch it ltrims go to 0. But 02's are at 60 to 80 the car feels very sluggish its like this until 3100 rpm then 02's go to 900+ and the car starts to pull llike you just hit a nitrous switch. Everything over 3k is fine 02's are in the mid to high 900's.
Problem 2 at idle fuel cell 19 or 8 ltrims are at +10 or so everywhere else the ltrims are fine and in the neg. I can correct this by adding to the ve table in rpms 800 and 1200 but then cold and warm starts are horriable.
Problem 3 hunts for idle wit ac on. No ac idles pretty good but could be better.

Mods are 231 237 cam PP stage 2 5.3 heads milled for 11:1 final CR, HS roller rockers, 30lb SVO Injectors, LS6 intake, Stock MAF, Ported TB, FLP Longtubes no cats borla catback,
