Question Problems with tuning

I've installed a tune in my '99. I want to go back to to the stock tune to put in a new tune I had made. I went to restore saved programming but keep getting an interupt error and a time out. I tried resettig the PCM by pulling the fuses, but I don't think this puts it back to stock.

I also believe I wrote the the PCM twice. If I did what kind of problems would occur, because I trying to get rid of a vibration and a bit of knock.

I'm thinking that my only alternative would be to take it back to the dealer, have them reload the computer, save that tune as the save point and go at it all over again.
