edit-> Transmission
TCC Apply vs %tps
set to say 20mph for 3rd gear, this will cause the converter to stay locked at that TPS (100% but just set the entire row to a low mph value)
, set for normal, cruise hot ... Performance isn't used

set the release speed to lower than lockup speed for 3rd gear, this will cause the converter to lockup in 3rd and not unlock... make sure to put car back into neutral when dynoing it and finished though

you can also use the WOT shift MPH to force 3rd gear shifting way early so you can pull from as low an RPM as you want

oh ok so you want 3rd locked up the entire way... #1 make sure your converter can take it... that puts alot of strain on the lockup clutches and there are converters made to do so...

#2 don't use my values then... I put those values thinking you were on the dyno for a 1 time thing... the tables are right... but prolly best to do
1-2-3 with shift extension, increase RPM then lock instead of locking immediately upon entering 3rd ... so basically use the lock values at speeds slightly above your 3rd gear shift ...

edit just saw your sig... if you're running a twin turbo setup then you most likely know what you're doing the tables I listed are the ones you wanna tweak to force the converter to lockup in 3rd and stay locked
