What causes these 2 annoying things?

What causes these 2 annoying things? If I come to stop too quickly or smash the gas qand hit the brakes the revs drop and the car wants to shut off and then the idle comes back but isnt too steady for a minute shorta like it rolls alittle bit.
The other one is if I'm comming to a light or stop sign the revs come down alittle too slow but then eventually come to 900.
How do I correct this in edit and would u tune a 224-580 cam in open loop or closed loop.I do race the car and want the best tune,so I will sacrifice alittle streetability.
