HPTuners is 
HPTuners is not VIN locked, its just locked to the model year of your car. It has the scanner built into it, you don't have to keep swapping cables. Its more user friendly, and the customer support is 1000% better. Overall HPTuners is a better product. You won't be disappointed. LS1Edit was the only thing around for a long time, but thats not the case anymore.
Get HPTuners, its what I'll be picking up when the time comes. You won't regret it.
