the dialblo predator, crane cams unit, hpp3 and vinci unit are all hand tuners...
but a pocket PC tuner for LS1s I don't see coming out any time soon... really you couldn't tune on it (too smalla display, would get really frustrating) so it'd be good for getting logs, flashing and reading hte PCM, then using a full size computer for making changes and examining the logs...

they VHP tuner can do it. i'm currently using it myself. here's a tutorial i made up for them. http://www.stelathram.com/vhptuner.htm
