Default new stall / transmission

Hey guys, I had my 3000 stall tuned perfectly, but 3 weeks ago I found myself on the side of the highway. Turns out the converter wasn't built properly (as in it only allowed 3/8ths of an inch to be on the spline, and wasn't radius cut causing the shaft to crack) which ultimately broke my transmission and ruined all the clutch packs. SO...I had another one built and got a new PT4000 stall. Also, my new Rock On transmission is rolarized, and is also vacuum modulated handling up to 600 rwhp.

That being said, I've been toying with the shift parameters to try and get it to shift at 1-2, 6600...2-3 6500...3-4 6500 respectively. Only the car insists on shifting around 6300 in all gears at WOT. I'm not sure if the transmission is taking over due to the vacuum modulation and shifting regardless of what the PCM is doing, or if the tune is wrong. (Probably the latter) So...any ideas?

I've got the converter set to not lock until 4th gear just fyi. No misfires, etc.

umm........for some reason the latest tune I had for my 3000 stall didn't get completely overwritten. And I had forgotten that I had tweaked it originally for 6300 shifts. For instance I had the RPMs for 1-4 set at 1444. I adjusted them to 6600, 6500, 6500...and reflashed it. All is good.
