How can i fix the P0300 misfire code ? by the ls1-edit ?

Po 300 is a randomm misfire code. Have you pulled up which cylinder is misfiring?

When I installed that cam I got this code ? so how can i fix it ?

Go to "Engine Calibration" ->LOW RPM ->Edit whole table->VALUE=32000->fill value
->LOW RPM by CYL->Edit whole table->VALUE=32000->fill value.
->IDLE by CYL->Edit whole table->VALUE=32000->fillvalue.

All the number make it 32000 ?
OR make it 32767 ?
