SLP will program your PCM but you need to send it in.

I know Ed Wright does. I'm sure places like Texas Speed do to. Usually a deposit is required, like $500 or so.

Ed Wright locks PCMs ... many sponsors will do a basic tune for 100-150 .... i know Speed Inc does this (cause they're local i know this.... you send your PCM they will modify it and send it back... but many sponsors will do basic tunes mail order)

Ya, try and stay away from sources that will lock your pcm. Many do, so you should ask first before you make a commitment. You save yourself time and money in the long run....I got luck with mine!
