Cranking A/F ratio
I think that the Cranking VE table is more for fine tuning the cranking A/F. Using EFILive, if you monitor the Commanded AFR PID it will show the commanded A/F ratio. On warm starts mine shows ~13.1:1. But what is really strange is that on cold starts the Commanded AFR shows 4.5:1 to 5.5:1 and the car is hard to get started. After the car gets started and is in Open Loop the commanded AFR tracks with he data in the Open Loop F/A table (Fuel Air Multiplier). Is there such a table for the cranking A/F?
I thought about having a bad sensor. On cold startup the ECT and the IAT are showing what the outside air temp is. The MAP on start-up while the engine is cranking but not started is 97-102 Kpa. There is no MAF frequency until the RPMs are greater than 300 or so. This all seems correct.

It's got seconds down the side, and temps across the top.
Engine,
Fuel Control,
PE, Injectors, Cranking, Flood and DFCO,
Then a section on that tab for cranking fuel.
At hot temps, the multiplier is .99
At colder temps the multiplier is high, and becomes higher the longer the engine is cranking.
