My engine sucked in some water and all the water was removed from the car and it was running fine....It has 0 issues in normal part throttle driving but now if I go WOT from a roll it will down shift start to pull then shift early out of the gear and into the next....or It will hold out the gear and shift late.

Im guessing this could be a TPS issue?? Any other ideas?

If I replace the TPS do I need to reset the computer in the car?
