Got this trouble code P1416 Air system bank 2.What does this mean.Thanks.

A couple of things to check right off, is the air pump actually working and blowing air, pull off one of the hoses going through the air switch valve (2) to make sure when it is on. If so then check to see that the check valves (30) are not fried and are allowing air through as the code is set when the PCM does not detect a change in the O2s mv range or the STFTs don't change when the pump kicks on in closed loop.
