Code 0172 only?

Code 0172 only? on my 99 Formula ( 80K) I am getting just that code.. I am making a new post because it seems everyone else is getting that code plus the code for bank 2... what would cause this? I did notice the idle is a little rougher but I guess that is to expected... do not think the PCV have ever been changed.. would it just be that O2 going bad?

also when I got it scanned the guy said it had that code twice (SES was only on for 6 mins before hand)
before I foget I have not been hard onthe car in 400 + miles because I was breaking in the new clutch.. I got on it a little bit for the first time ina long while then the SES came on... thanks!

A quick and inexpensive way to tell would be to switch the O2s from side to side and see if the code follows the sensor
