Surging while cruising with light throttle

Surging while cruising with light throttle We fitted the Vortech supercharger kit a while ago to my 2000 C5 coupe and did a dyno tune with LS1Edit. Since then its occasionally had surging on conditions of light throttle application while crusing at say 20 to 35 mph..
Anyone have any ideas of what we should be looking at to stop this ?
