Default Bad cam sensor - now what?

I beleive I have a bad cam sensor.

Where is this located; in the engine block? When I changed the cam over a year ago there was no sensors on the front of the motor that I recall.

I thought the only sensor inside the engine block was the relucter wheel ring sensor?

Thanks...

bad pic.. but

All the way in back there... right next to the Oil Pressure sender ... (towards passenger side, oil pressure sensor is the tall black thing... *that I broke removing my intake manifold heh* ... so when removing the intake manifold be sure to watch out for the brake booster line in back... don't force it) is the cam position sensor ... I believe this is a rather easily replaced sensor...

attached a fancy pic I PaintChopped
