Are these codes all related?

Are these codes all related? While cruising on the interstate in 6th I am getting a blinking SES light. Eventually it decides to stay lit instead of blinking. Scanned the car and got these codes.
P0102 - Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor Circuit Low Frequency (Immature)
P0121 - TP Sensor Circuit Insufficient Activity (Pending) (Immature)
P0172 - Fuel Trim System Rich Bank 1 (Immature)
P0175 - Fuel Trim System Rich Bank 2 (Immature)
P1415 - Secondary Air Injection (AIR) System Bank 1 (Immature)
P1637 - Generator L-Terminal Circuit (History) (Immature)
Just replaced 02 sensors so Im thinking bad MAF? One of the wires on the MAF looks a little blackened. Let me know what you think.

Since your getting a code for the alternator and have a wide range of codes are you having low voltage issues. I would check the charging system low voltage will cause all kinds of phantom codes.
