Its a mail order tune, if you have an oppurtunity to go to a good dynotune shop, just get it done there. as far as I know they do mostly LT1s and are now getting in to LS1s, from what I hear Brian is a nice guy. if you are interested my shop is in the bay area..... 
For a while he was only tuning at sea level, not good for the guys at 3600ft. i had to add the timing myself. I think someone has told him by now. i only saw 7rwhp on a stock Lt1 on the dyno over my stock tune, but that was with no timing, after adding timing i saw 10rwhp. Not sure what his gains are as far as moded car go.
I have known Bryan Herter (www.pcmforless.com) for maybe 4 years or so. He has done numerous PCM tunes for the guys in our club and other Impala SS, F-body and Y-body guys all over the place. I had his tune in my 9C1 while the LT1 was still installed. Now that I have my LS1 6-speed installed in the 9C1, I have one of Bryan's custom LS1 tunes in it.
I know Bryan has travelled across the country attending Dyno-Days in different cities. I don't know (personally) of anyone else that will travel to another state to tune cars on a dyno.
Obviously, I have nothing but great praise for Bryan Herter and his PCM tuning. Right now, with his mail-order tune in my 9C1 I have run a best of 13.051 sec @ 105.10 mph, and this with a 4350 pound car. BTW, I still need to replace my non-functioning O2 sensors.
