My work schedule doesn't allow me to get to the shop real easily so was hoping you guys could help me narrow the diagnosis down on here before I decide where to take it.....
I've done a bunch of searching on here and figured out that since I'm throwing 3 codes (P0420, P0430 and P1133) that I most likely have either a damaged cat or an exhaust leak. Got under the car today and saw that indeed my driver side cat was scraped up a little, but no real damage that I could see. I figure that narrows it down to a header leak. Does that 1133 code indicate it could be something else???
420 = catalyst system efficiency below threshold (Bank 1)
430 = catalyst system efficiency below threshold (Bank 2)
1133 = HO2S Insufficient Switching Bank 1 Sensor 1

Maybe you have a bad o2 sensor so the front is switching slower than the rear, tricking your pcm into thinking your cat is bad. You might wanna try switching the bank 1 front with the bank 1 rear and see if anything changes. Do you have a logging tool?

I threw the 430 code a few weeks ago. I just got under there and unhooked everything and then reconnected everything. The check engine turned off and my car was running back to normal again. You might want to try that out and see what it does.
