Wester's, Nelson's, etc...

Wester's, Nelson's, etc... What is the general consensus on these mail order tune outfits? I've heard only good stuff about them, no real horror stories yet. I'm an HP Tuner user, but just want to hear what everyone around here has to say about those guys.

I CAN say that Wester's Garage is awesome to work with. I was working with a local shop which was swaping a Duramax Diesel into a Hummer H2 (I did all the rewiring
). Lyndon was able to get me a PCM and was EXTREMELY helpful with my many technical questions.
