Service engine soon trouble

Service engine soon trouble I have an 02 1500 truck with a 5.3 . My service engine soon light came on today and I have an extreme loss of power. It seems like it is not shifting. I went to autozone and had them pull codes for me and I got these:
po740 - torque convertor clutch circuit malfunction
p0758 - shift solonoid malfunction
p0785 - shift timing malfunction
p1860 - tcm pwm (I think thats what it said.)
What should I do first about this problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Take it to the dealer for warranty if your not modded to were they will void you. Doe'S It feel like the converter lock s and unlock when ever it feels like.Did you check all the fuses.I think your truck went into limp mode when those codes came on that why your truck feel like a slug. To me it sounds like you have a open circuit somewere.
