A friend has a 98 Camaro with H/C and all bolt ons. When logging it will go 100% throttle, cell 22, MAF 9,000+, and MAP 14psi. The calculated load value at WOT will never go 100% and will vary from 65-85% most of the time. But it stays in Closed loop. What could be causing this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
