Default Anybody ever had a wideband sensor fail?

Last night, I flipped my FJO wideband on and it was pegged on 20:1. This was at idle and I am pretty sure it was a bad reading. Think the sensor is bad??

I have had quite a few just wear out, especially on a rich FI car. Thats why I dont use NTK sensored widebands any more

Check your connections and if everything is OK its most likely time for a sensor. Some people try to clean them but it seldom works for long.
