how do i get the service engine light off??

how do i get the service engine light off?? i took the cats off my 2000 z28 and ran an off-road ypipe with my factory headers, replaced the o2 sensors with o2 simulators and i thought thats all had too do????i forgot the # of the codes, but i remmeber what they said they meant, the codes are saying low catalsyt efficiency,??(i took em off, dont undrstand), and the other code is saying sumthn too do with my air/fuel mixture?? anyone help??????????

I'm pretty sure you can just take it to Auto Zone and they can use the code scanner to remove the light. I'm not sure how well that will fix your problem though.
